You will find a wonderful variety of 16th and 17th century decorative accessories that are worthy of entering any connoisseur's collection. If dramatic is your design calling we have plenty to choose from.
Take this striking pair of magnificent Tudor oak panels for instance. Unusual in the sense that they portray a male and female, each with naked torso and topped by lattice fruit-filled baskets. The female term holding a green man mask, the male term holding a satyr mask above a garland of fruit and oak leaves. These were formerly flanking a stone fireplace at Eastington Hall, Worcestershire, a grade 1 listed Tudor Manor House.
The pictures are a testament to the charm, allure and beauty of such antiques that can have a dramatic and mysterious appeal no matter where they are placed. There are many more similarly intriguing pieces in our collection. Visit us to have a look.
