THE 2" THICK THREE PLANK TOP WITH CLEATED ENDS HAS A WONDERFUL CHARACTER, COLOUR AND PATINATION. CARVED WITH SEVERAL INITIALS. THE SQUARE SHAPED AND CHAMFERED TRESTLE SUPPORTS WITH SLEDGE FEET AND JOINED BY A CENTRAL MOULDED STRETCHER.
A GOOD HONEST EXAMPLE OF A ELIZABETHAN TRESTLE TABLE OF GREAT CHARACTER. MOST PROBABLY FROM THE WEST COUNTRY.MINOR PERIOD RESTORATIONS.
