BOTH FIGURES DRESSED IN COSTUME OF THE PERIOD, BOTH THE MALE AND FEMALE HOLDING ALOFT A FLOWER, THE MALE FLOWER IS BLOOMING, THE FEMALE FLOWER WILTED. EACH CARVING DEEPLY CARVED WITHIN AN ARCH FLANKED BY LEAF AND BUD CARVING. LOVELY MELLOW COLOUR AND PATINATION.
