THE HEXAGONAL FOLD OVER TOP ABOVE A DEEPLY CARVED FRIEZE WITH GUILLOCHE ARCHES AND LEAF SPANDRELS. STANDING ON FOUR HEAVY FLUTED TURNED LEGS AND GATE, THE POT SHELF BASE WITH SCALLOPED DECORATION. GREAT COLOUR AND PATINATION.
CONDITION- ALTHOUGH THE ORGINAL HINGES REMAIN, TWO OTHER OLD HINGES HAVE BEEN ADDED PROBABLY IN THE 19TH CENTURY.
